REGISTRATION FEES

Residential Rate
This rate includes single accommodation in Robinson College on Monday 23rd March 2009 and also the cost of a ticket to attend the Conference Reception and Dinner on Monday 23rd March 2009

Non-Residential Rate
This rate does NOT include a ticket to the Conference Reception and Dinner on Monday 23rd March 2009. However tickets can be purchased at an additional cost of £53.00 including VAT

All the above registration fees include access to scientific sessions, meeting materials, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea on both days of the Conference and VAT

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is available for delegates wishing to stay in Robinson College on Sunday 22nd March (bed and breakfast rate £82.25 including VAT, no dinner provided). Delegates are advised to book these as soon as possible through the Secretariat, as rooms cannot be guaranteed after 16th January 2009.

Alternatively a hard copy Registration Form can be found in the Announcement. All Registration Forms must be accompanied by the appropriate payment.

• Credit card payments can be made (Visa,MasterCard or American Express) or debit card
(Maestro or Visa Delta)

• Credit card payments are subject to an additional charge of 2.95% (for hard copy Registration Forms the charge does not apply to debit card payments)

• Unfortunately we are unable to accept on-line payment using American Express

• Credit/debit card payments cannot be taken over the telephone

 CONFIRMATION
Written confirmation and a receipt of payment will be sent to you. We strongly recommend you do not book travel or locum cover until a place is confirmed in writing.

 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Delegates who are no longer able to attend the meeting should advise the Secretariat in writing as soon as possible. Registration fees will only be refunded, less a £10.00 administration fee, for written cancellations received prior to 20th February 2009. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after this date, but name substitutions will be accepted at any time. Please note that any refunds due will be paid after the meeting has taken place.
